Registered Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities include skilled nurse visits and supervision of team of nurses and aides to provide effective and quality home care services.  Requirements for this job include state licensure, effective written and oral communication skills, and good interpersonal skills. Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required.

 

Registered Nurse
Responsibilities include skilled nurse visits and supervision of home health aides in client's homes. Requirements for this job include state licensure, effective written and oral communication skills, and have good interpersonal skills. Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities include skilled nurse visits in client's homes. Requirements for this job include state licensure, effective written and oral communication skills, and have good interpersonal skills. Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required.

 

Home Health Aide

Responsibilities include providing personal care under the direction of the RN or Therapist in client's homes. Requirements for this job include state certification, ability to follow care plan, and have good interpersonal skills. 6 months experience in supervised setting preferred.

 

Home Care Aide

Responsibilities include providing assistance in activities of daily living to clients in their home.  Requirements for this job include state certification as nursing assistant or prior experience may be considered, ability to follow care plan, and have good interpersonal skills. Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required.

 

Homemaker

Responsibilities include performing tasks that contribute to the client’s comfort and safety in client's homes. Requirements for this job include ability to follow care plan, and have good interpersonal skills. Experience in cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping required.  Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required
